Moving away from your parents and
diving into the adult world can be a difficult task for many. With
such a large amount of stresses and new concerns to deal with, I
know it was a relief for me to move into Canyonlands Apartments. It
relieved many of the potential stresses that moving and becoming
accustomed to a new area often bring. I am close to school, close
to the Institute, very near to grocery stores and other
shops… and conveniently close to the football and baseball
stadiums! (Close enough to watch games from my balcony!) The
Canyonlands employees have always made living here a positive
experience, due to their willingness to listen and work with you as
an individual. There are fun monthly social activities hosted for
all of the tenants, and a tanning bed to keep all of us looking
good! This affordable living offers more than what is expected from
the average housing! Come join the Canyonlands
Family!

Donovan Plunkett & Adam Ross, DSC Basketball Players
My name is Donovan
Plunkett and I play for the Dixie State basketball team.
I’ve lived at canyonlands for the entire year and have
nothing but good things to say about it. Every apartment I have
been in looks good, they all come with good comfortable furniture.
The rooms are nice and they are big enough that it’s not hard
to fit all of your stuff and a roommates if you have one.
It’s cool how canyonlands has a pool and hot tub you are
welcome to use at all times. I really appreciate how using the
washing machines are free, that saves me a few dollars. If someone
likes to BBQ they have a couple pits and a fire pit to roast
marshmallows, a good place for you to mingle with other attendants
and make new friends. Movie night are dope, they set up a big
screen and couches next to the BBQ pits and watch one the new
movies that just came out. My favorite part about living at
Canyonlands is how close it is to the campus, no more wasting gas
for me, now I just walk or longboard wherever I need to
go.
I’m Adam Ross
and I’ve been living at Canyonlands for the last two years
and its been great. Its really close to the school so I don’t
have to waste my gas money driving around campus looking for
parking spaces. All my neighbors have been nice and friendly.
Canyon lands has great activities throughout the school year to
keep the residents entertained. Another plus is being on the
basketball team I really appreciate the free laundry and the hot
tub. And during finals week don’t worry about making
breakfast canyons lands provides breakfast for you.
It’s a great place to stay your first year or your senior in
college.
